Registration for the World Championships will be available from the first week of January. Shortly before then every member will receive their login credentials.

NEW: As of this season, there are two (2) deadlines!
Deadline 1:    01.02.2016   Confirmation of number of competitors and registration of already confirmed names by the member, payment of entry fees.
The entry fees are payable to the WSA / Cindy van den Brink and must be received in the WSA bank account by 1st February. After this deadline the entry fee will increase by € 20.00 per competitor.
Deadline 2:    07.02.2016   Registration of all competitor names, final deadline to change names or withdraw competitors. If a member increases the number of competitors, the entry fee increases by € 20.00 per competitor!
Until the second deadline, cancellations are free of charge. Following this deadline competitors are registered and a refund of the entry fee is no longer possible.

IMPORTANT! Since following the decision of the WSA Working Group of 19th October 2015 the final number of competitors is already known, the entry fee for the assigned number of competitors has to be paid by the 1st February 2016. Should a member decide to enter fewer competitors than its assigned quota, only the entry fee for the actual number of competitors is due.

  • Please note that an additional feel of € 20.00 is due for any competitors that are being entered after the first deadline has lapsed. Until the final payment is received none of the competitors of a member will be added to the start list!
  • Entry fees can only be paid by WSA members!
  • The same applies to the chip lists. No chip list = not on the start list
  • Entries for the World Championships can only be submitted by a WSA member!
  • Entry fees can only be refunded until the second deadline
  • Exception: Medical or veterinarian certificate stating why a start is not possible
  • In this case the member has the ability to subsequently enter another competitor at no additional cost
  • The final opportunity to make changes is at the first team leader meeting – at this stage only class changes are still possible (and only to a lower class than originally entered).
  • No repayments are being made if a competitor is being asked to leave because of a violation of the WSA animal welfare guidelines – dog transport guidelines (see information for Frauenwald)!
